A Pediatric Clinically Integrated Network (CIN) is a collection of pediatric primary care physicians and post-acute specialist join together in order to provide the best quality healthcare at a condensed rate. The network gives physicians a chance to take back their independence as pediatric caregivers. A Pediatric CIN intends to improve outcomes for PIC members by providing IT platform to execute and assist data sharing, value-based contracts for physicians, population health management experience, and ancillary services.
